About Me .

 Hitomi also known as Amy's journey into fashion began with a clothing course in Japan.  There, after an education, she received Grade-1 certification in both Western and Japanese dressmaking.  Following this accomplishment, Minnie’s interest expanded to encompass all of fashion, and she started to learn about hair and makeup.  For about 5 years, she was a hair and makeup artist in Tokyo.  It was an exciting time, at the forefront of the fashion industry in Japan, when unique Japanese hairstyles and makeup techniques blossomed into the world.  At that time, Hitomi was refining her hairstyling and makeup skills on the Japanese model production line.  Her experiences as a hairstylist, in particular, have enabled her to complete an entire Updo with an impressively complex design, all in only 15 minutes.   

Hitomi was then in a management position at a hair and makeup salon, where she also was a teaching assistant.

 In 2007, Hitomi moved to Los Angeles just before her birthday, out of a love for American popular culture, fashion, and music. After living here a while, Minnie started to learn how to become an American hairdresser.
 From there, she briefly returned to Tokyo to get her Japanese hairdresser license.  Following that, she obtained her cosmetology license in California. 

 More recently, while gaining experience at various local salons in L.A., she was involved in the commercial photography and videography industry..
 Hitomi hopes to make the most of all her experiences.  She believes that with her positive and creative energy, she is now on a longer journey that will take her to a place more exciting than she has been before..

While gaining experience with some local hair salons,Hair makeup is also affected daily,also involved in the Los Angeles shooting industry.

Make the most of her experience,It will go from now rushing a longer journey with her great vibe.

Hitomiは元々は服飾を勉強していた。洋裁検定、和裁検定一級を取得。ファッションデザイナーを目指したかったが母親に反対され、断念。

ヘアメイクの道も提案したがまたしても反対されたが、全ては賛成してもらえないことに気づき、母親の言うことを無視してやりたいことに突き進むことにした。

秋田から上京し約５年ほど東京でヘアメイクを経験。モデル事務所専属ヘアメイクや、日本独特のヘアセットが発祥される独特な業界の最前線で活躍した。それらは彼女の技術にさらなる力を添え、複雑なデザインのUpdoをたった１５分で仕上げるまでになる。

オープニングサロンでのマネージャーポジションの地位も認められ、若い世代への教育についても任された。

２００７年、彼女は誕生日直前にロサンゼルスに渡米した。

音楽が好きで、アメリカの奇抜なファッションも好きで、カルチャーも好きで。

色々な人種が交わるロサンゼルスで、今度はサロンワークも学び始めた。ロサンゼルスから東京に通い逆留学し、日本の美容師免許を取得。続いてカリフォルニア州のコスメトロジーライセンスも取得。

ロサンゼルス全域でいくつかのローカルヘアサロンで経験を積みながら、ヘアメイクについても日々影響を受け、ロサンゼルスの撮影業界にも携わる。

今ある彼女の技術を最大限に生かし、これからもっと長い旅を彼女の素晴らしいバイブスで突き進んでいくだろう。
