Cancellation Policy
Neobeauty is a completely private hair studio.Your appointments are reserved exclusively for you. As a courtesy to other quests and our service staff, We require 24hrs notice for all cancellations or changes. Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24hrs notice will be charged 50%, no show Will be charged 100% of the service(s) scheduled. Please contact the salon 24hrs before your scheduled appointment to cancel or to make changes.
New Guest Policy :
To complete your appointment, Prepayment will be required for all future appointments via venmo if you are first time visit and ask how much is going to be for your booking.
If your service(s) charge change, will be request additional pay or refund after service.
